Asthma is a chronic Deposit of phlegm in throat may leads to coughing and it is also a sign of asthma (long term) lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways. Asthma attacks are brought by the spasms of the smooth muscles that lie in the walls of the smaller bronchi and bronchitis, causing the passage ways to close partially.

Take a steam inhalation of eucalyptus or lavender essential oils. It is one of the common natural treatments for asthma.
Boil eight to ten cloves of garlic in half cup of milk and drink it at night. It is very beneficial at an early stage of asthma.
Boil four to five cloves in 125 ml water, add one teaspoon of honey. Consume the mixture for twice or thrice a day, it is one of the best home remedies of asthma.
A teaspoonful of turmeric powder with a glass of milk is recommended. It is a highly beneficial natural remedy for asthma.
