Now again raise your head in upward direction by inhaling and bent in backward direction as much as possible.

Then again inhales slowly and move your right leg with a big step backwards. After that keep your hands and feet firm with ground and get your left foot exactly between both hands by raising your head in upward direction.

Now again exhale steadily until your lower body following your feet, knees, hands, chest and your forehead comes in contact with the ground.

Step 11

Now again raise your head in upward direction by inhaling deeply and get yourself bent in backward direction as much as possible.

At last again stand straight in such a way that your face is in direction of sun with both feet touching each other. Now bring your hands together exactly palm to palm near to your heart.
