Minerals and vitamins play a very significant and vital role in making your hair healthy and stronger. A nutritional deficiency is one of the causes for hair loss. So, you should take vegetables and fruits which have Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin A.

Proteins
If you want your hair to be healthy and strong then you should have a diet which contains proteins. Eating brewer’s yeast and wheat will help you out in making your hair long and strong.


Split Ends
Firstly go to a good professional to get a haircut. Ask your hair dresser to give you a cut in a way that will give your hair a good style so that your hair will grow beautiful and thicker in future. Do not forget to ask to cut off the split ends.
