Chewing on cumin seeds too can remove the feeling of nausea. Apple cider vinegar is also an excellent remedy for treating nausea. Its strong taste will subside the feeling and also the vomiting sensation associated with nausea. Take a glass of water and add one tablespoon apple cider vinegar and one tablespoon honey to it. Drink it 2 times a day to stop nausea. To prevent recurring of nausea, take the second glass of apple cider vinegar before sleep.

5. Raspberry
Nausea during pregnancy can be treated with raspberries. Being a part of the berry family, raspberries are highly beneficial and full of nutrition. A bowl of raspberries or raspberry juice twice a day will see you through nausea every day.

6. Chamomile
A tea made of chamomile can be taken to suppress nausea. Take one tablespoon of dried chamomile and boil it along with a cup of water. This soothing and relaxing tea can be taken twice or thrice a day to keep away from nausea.

7. Peppermint
Peppermint tea too can help in removing nausea from your system. Boil peppermint along with one cup of water and drink it when you feel nausea surfacing. The fresh and cooling properties of peppermint are all that you need to bust the nauseous feeling and vomiting sensation.
